In order to better serve clients, ILS has been trained in a program developed by the AARP and the National Association of Home Builders called CAPS or Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

ILS has taken part in extensive training that provides exceptional housing needs for the 50+ age population. This training program provides us the tools to
